These terms cover your use of the typecheetah.com marketing site and any pilot or waitlist application you submit through it. We've written them in plain English on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us and we'll explain.
About this site
Typecheetah.com is a pre-launch marketing site operated by vectorfrog, a small independent software studio. It describes a typing curriculum product that is still in development, and it collects contact and pilot-application details from interested schools and families. It is not a logged-in application, and there is no student product available through this site today.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to disrupt the site, its forms, or the servers behind them.
- Submit forms with false, fraudulent, or spam content.
- Attempt to access data belonging to another visitor or applicant.
- Scrape or copy site content for commercial redistribution without our permission.
Pilot & waitlist applications
Submitting a pilot application, waitlist signup, or contact form on this site is an expression of interest — it is not a contract and does not guarantee a spot in the founding pilot. If your school or family is accepted into the pilot, we will confirm participation, dates, and any terms specific to the pilot in a separate written communication (typically email). Nothing on this website constitutes a binding agreement to provide or receive the TypeCheetah product.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including its text, design, graphics, and the TypeCheetah name and logo — belongs to vectorfrog. You may view and share pages from this site for personal or school-evaluation purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
No warranties
TypeCheetah is a product in development. Any feature, screenshot, integration, or timeline described on this site is a description of work in progress and may change before launch — we make no guarantee that a described feature will ship as described, or on any particular schedule. This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, vectorfrog will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information it contains. If you believe something on this site is inaccurate, please tell us — we want to fix it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where vectorfrog is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We expect these terms to evolve as TypeCheetah moves from a marketing site toward a live product. If we make a material change, we will post the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
